Qazi Tours provides travel and tour services in Tanzania, including Kilimanjaro climbs, safaris, and Zanzibar holidays. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment must be received prior to the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the terms agreed at booking.

• Certain fees (such as permits, flights, or third-party bookings) may be non-refundable.
   

4. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance. Qazi Tours will provide guidance but is not liable for incomplete or invalid documents.

5. Liability
Qazi Tours is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, government regulations, strikes, or natural events).

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, text, images) belongs to Qazi Tours and may not be used without permission.
