The Umbwe Route is the most challenging way to the summit, with steep inclines and little time for acclimatization. It’s not for the faint-hearted or first-time climbers but is perfect for experienced trekkers who thrive on adrenaline and are confident in their fitness. If you’re seeking a tough but exhilarating challenge, this is the route for you.
